Responsibilities for Space Design and Development
  • Design Consultancy: Propose and implement optimal Coworking Space or Serviced Office design solutions, tailored to the building structure and current market trends.
  • Construction and Completion: Oversee the entire construction process, including interior fit-out and equipment installation, in accordance with Serepok’s premium standards.
  • Investment and Operations: Invest in initial renovation and interior fit-out costs, reducing the financial burden for the property owner.
  • Facility Operations: Manage and maintain all facilities and technical systems (electricity, water, air conditioning, internet) 24/7.
  • Staff Recruitment & Training: Provide a professional team of community managers, receptionists, and technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Tenant Management: Build and manage the tenant community, handle arising issues, and maintain an ideal working environment.
  • Marketing & Sales: Execute strong multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Leasing and Payment: Ensure timely rental payments to the property owner in accordance with the contract, regardless of the Coworking Space’s occupancy rate.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance, occupancy status, and relevant financial metrics (if a profit-sharing model is applied).
